Ask is the exception: the question you type, and the records needed to answer it, go to Anthropic, our model provider, under a data processing agreement. Nothing you send is used to train a model. Questions worth asking first
What is Dokus?
Dokus keeps a Belgian company's finances current and legible. It captures documents, matches bank transactions, sends and receives Peppol invoices, and keeps your financial position visible: what happened, where you stand and what is coming. It brings you in only when a decision needs you.
Is Dokus accounting software?
No. Dokus sits before your accounting software. It collects and validates financial evidence, matches transactions and prepares a source-linked handoff. Your accountant remains responsible for booking decisions, VAT treatment and filing.
How does my accountant access this?
Accountants get free read-only access to your confirmed records and the evidence behind each one. Practices can follow their Dokus clients from a dedicated workspace, request what is missing and export what they need — without changing your records.
Is Peppol included?
Yes. Sending and receiving over Peppol are unlimited on every plan, Free included, and confirming an invoice sends it. Since January 2026, in-scope Belgian B2B invoices must be structured electronic invoices, with Peppol BIS as the standard channel.
